The Neuse River is in the Piedmont of North Carolina and empties into the Pamlico Sound below New Bern. Sir Walter Raleigh expedition explorers named the Neuse River after the American Indian tribe known as Neusiok, meaning peace or peace river. Earlier versions of the river name on maps include the Nu River and Nuss River.
These were laser etched/cut, hand painted and then filled with clear food grade epoxy enhancing the 3D map. They are 4" in diameter and 3/8" thick.
We also have this design available as a 12" wall decor, magnet, and ornament.
Each coaster is handcrafted thus the wood grains and color of the paint may vary from the pictures a bit.
